We heard today titans working day, tell students who are alumni to participate in an industry or profession that you love that you have a passion for, and then work very hard, and you will be successful. In fact, no one could ever argue with this advice, because if you can find your passion and persistence to add it, you will be successful, even if you do not do a lot of money. You’ll be one at 20%, as is the 80/20 rule, in this area of human activity.

Not so long ago I picked up a very interesting book, it was written by someone I respect Sir Ken Robinson, and written with co-author. I would recommend this book to you if you doubt what I said above, you see, instead of trying to convince you in this matter, I would like only the time you get to this excellent book to read;

“Element: How to find your passion everything changes,” Ken Robinson and Lou Arinoca, Penguin Publishing Company, New York, New York, (2009), pp. 288, ISBN: 978-014311-673-8.

The book speaks of perseverance, talent, passion, success and achievement. It was written by some very distinguished authors, specializing in the field of education. You see, we all have natural abilities and talents, and it is important to find what we are good, where we excel, and focus our efforts there.

Although not all of the examples cited in this book are people I would consider my idols, the explanation on the examples of every person mentioned as an example of, well, all together, it makes it easy to understand and very difficult to discuss the points that authors try to birth.

They also show that we can transform our society, civilization, cities, communities, nations, businesses, government and education, together with these principles, and we will achieve more, with happier people, more productivity and greater success as a whole. Moreover, I hope you, please consider this issue.
