Let’s face it. In the business and corporate world, the usual practice of ethical distance has always been part of the internal code of conduct. Case in integrity, you must behave in such a way that is above suspicion and reproach. Too much familiarity is not recommended. You can not combine business with pleasure, as well as personal does not affect the professional.

However, with the help of technology racing at top speed zoom and close communication, the concept of distance has changed. Business turned to e-commerce. With the World Wide Web, bosses and employees, so now connect in real time, and we even talk on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Instead of distance to the office boss, now you can send instant messages and Tweets with just a few clicks of a mouse on your computer in the privacy of your office or in the comfort of your home.

* Does this really mean that you are just a few clicks away from receiving promotional work or higher wages?
Can you work on it in the pajamas at home?
Can you make shortcuts and fast track route to these goals by inviting your boss to be your friend Facebook?

When you’re happy to move forward in your career or find a new job, with personal ties Facebook may be one of your main assets.

The more successful you are in the compound, interacting with each other, and communicating with different people, the more your boss will treat you as someone who can manage employees at all levels. The more your boss knows that you were not damaged all the tempting offers and unfair practices on the internet, the more your boss will see how reliable you are and how well you fit into this work.

In the end, just make sure that two things. If you have been granted exemption in another Facebook, ensure that you are just as exceptional in their work that no one can be dishonest about it. Another way to make sure that when it comes to business, you share something more in common with his boss, than to be Facebook friends.

Not so long ago I picked up a very interesting book, it was written by someone I respect Sir Ken Robinson, and written with co-author. I would recommend this book to you if you doubt what I said above, you see, instead of trying to convince you in this matter, I would like only the time you get to this excellent book to read;

“Element: How to find your passion everything changes,” Ken Robinson and Lou Arinoca, Penguin Publishing Company, New York, New York, (2009), pp. 288, ISBN: 978-014311-673-8.

The book speaks of perseverance, talent, passion, success and achievement. It was written by some very distinguished authors, specializing in the field of education. You see, we all have natural abilities and talents, and it is important to find what we are good, where we excel, and focus our efforts there.

Although not all of the examples cited in this book are people I would consider my idols, the explanation on the examples of every person mentioned as an example of, well, all together, it makes it easy to understand and very difficult to discuss the points that authors try to birth.

They also show that we can transform our society, civilization, cities, communities, nations, businesses, government and education, together with these principles, and we will achieve more, with happier people, more productivity and greater success as a whole. Moreover, I hope you, please consider this issue.
